The Static PageI hate doing this on a deadline. A tight deadline, in fact, as I had intended to head off in about 10 minutes to learn more about resume writing. But I'm disorganised like that.
Fortunately, not everyone is as badly disorganised as I am. I don't think we'd have what currently passes for Western Culture if that were the case! There are a lot of other things like that, too, and it can be fun figuring out what you are and what you're not.
I've been doing some self-assesment and self-evaluation exercises recently. The old Meyers-Briggs scores and friends turned up, of course, in at least one of them and I was surprised that one scored me as an INTP. Usually it comes up INFJ, although I know the FT axis is usually close to 0.
But the Meyers-Briggs gets bandied about a bit excessively these days. I recently found the results of one called The Morrisby Differently Test Battery, which had a rather narrower focus. I did that one 11 years ago. It's probably still correct.
What personality and behavioural tests have you done? Were there any surprises? Was it a bit eerie how well it tagged you?
